The front desk was very helpful and had a lovely attitude. They recommended the castle nearby as a notable place to visit. The breakfast was also nice, warm and well served. The hotel has a lounge which is very charming and nicely decorated. The communal bathrooms were clean. Rooms are clean and well decorated. There were quite a few roadworks in the area so the roads were more busy at night and early in the morning with trucks so it was a bit loud. Overall, it was a lovely and welcoming stay for us, great value for money. Sandra and Paula room no.6

We've had Sunday roast beef lunch at The Bein Inn a couple of times and have wondered why the place isn't full of diners. We have researched a number of restaurant Sunday lunches in various locations around Perth and this is by far the best and one of the cheapest. Try it for yourself. You won't be disappointed!!
A stop over for work purposes,I arrived at 8.30pm but had already eaten on route so can't comment on the food & I left before breakfast was served. The guy on reception was very nice and very helpful. I had a twin room, a bit dated but the bed was comfy. My only downgrade would be the bathroom. I usually like a soak in the tub but it was clearly stained and not inviting. However the shower made up for it.
Booked 2 rooms, they were bad. However, the staff was nice and helpful, we enjoyed the bar, and the full English breakfast was pretty good! The coffee was real (not instant), which is a big positive in my books.
Absolutely lovely hotel with ample parking and a great breakfast as well as really lovely staff. The room was lovely and cosy with a super super comfortable bed. For the price this place is a total bargain. Would totally recommend!
Been to this Inn a good few times the room we had was more like a suite as it had a sofa as well as a massive bed the bathroom was huge had his and hers sinks and a large stand alone roll top bath and a separate shower the Roast was to die for the hosts were very friendly and accommodating dog friendly also
